| Class Descriptions: Gentle Hatha Yoga: gentle stretches to warm up joints and muscles, postures designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance, and time for relaxation and meditation. Power Yoga/Pilates: a more vigorous class featuring relaxation, warmup stretches, series of sequences including sun salutation, warrior and triangle and pilates postures designed to build strength, endurance, and body heat. Time at end for cool down and meditation. Introduction to Meditation: six-week session exploring stretches, postures, and a variety of meditation styles.
