Class Descriptions:

    Gentle Hatha Yoga:  gentle stretches to warm up joints and
    muscles, postures designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance,
    and time for relaxation and meditation.

    Yoga Flow:  a more vigorous class featuring relaxation, warmup
    stretches, series of sequences including sun salutation, warrior and
    triangle designed to build strength, endurance, and body heat.  
    Time at end for cool down and meditation.

    Yoga I:  classic hatha yoga postures; beginners and intermediate (this
    is an eight-week session).

        Mats are provided; dress in comfortable clothes that will stretch.  Give
yourself at least two hours between class and a meal.

    Albright-Knox Art Gallery - Yoga at the Gallery -  
    Saturday mornings from 9- 10:15  AM - begins again in
    September!    Call the gallery at 882-8700 and ask for the
    Education Department to register or for more information.  
    Each week you will experience a new collection of art
    introduced by a gallery docent, and practice in the beauty and
    inspiration of the gallery.

    Lunchtime Yoga at City Hall from 12-1pm on Thursdays
    on the sixth floor room 613; all City Hall employees are
    welcome; schedule varies; call to register.  

    Warm Water Yoga at Kenneth Kurtz Physical Therapy in
    Clarence.  Students new to yoga or those recovering from an
    injury can practice in a pool heated to 90 degrees for maximum
    relaxation and support that the warm water provides.  Classes
    held Fridays at 9:30 AM; call 864-1194 for more information
    and to register.

    Insurance and Payment Information

    C MYoga is a participating provider for Blue Cross/Blue
    Shield/Community Blue (benefit covers 12-week session
    without copayment), Independent Health Flex Fit, and
    Univera.    Call or email for more information.  Major credit
    cards are also accepted.

    Studio Fees

12 week session—$100.  Missed classes may be made up by        
attending other classes during the same 12-week period where
space permits.

Drop In—$15; call to be sure space permits.

Private one-on-one instruction available in studio or at home.  
Audio cassette and/or cd provided for home use.  Call for more
information.

Payment:  Personal checks and credit cards, except for Discover,
are accepted.

Class CDs/Yoga Products

Call or email to order a copy of “Gentle Yoga” or “Chair Yoga”,
Leanne’s one hour instructional audio programs, available on cd or
cassette for $10.  

We also have mats, mat bags, eye pillows, bolsters, and music cds
available to purchase for your convenience.
